Natty loves art & music and has a very strong desire to create. She has been dancing her ass off at parties since the mid 90`s and loving every moment of it. She is very nomadic never staying in one place for too long, however she is true to her friends and her family and dedicated to love and light.

Surrounded by inspirational music and talented DJ friends, she began collecting a broad range of vinyl records long before she even took her own DJing that seriously.

In early 2006, she got an opportunity to have turntables at home, which made for long days and nights experimenting with the sounds in her crate. Her taste in music is precise and she is picky with her grooves which is not a bad thing when people dance and scream for more!

She plays Breaks with Dub Reggae and Disco influences. A visit to San Fransisco in fall of 2007 opened her eyes to the wonderful and varied sounds of West Coast Dubstep. DJ Natty Dread has stolen the hearts of many with her regular performances in Kelowna and Nelson over the past few years.
